One Minute Morning Prayer

 

Most Holy and Adorable Trinity, One God, The Only True God in Three Persons, I praise You and give You thanks for all the favors You have bestowed upon me.

Your goodness has preserved me, my family and everything You have blessed me with until now, I offer You my whole being and in particular, all my thoughts, words, and deeds, together with all the trials I may undergo this day.

Give them Your blessing. May Your Divine Love animate them and may they serve Your greater glory.

I make this morning offering in union with the Divine intentions of Jesus Christ Who offers himself daily in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, and in union with Mary, His Virgin Mother and our Mother, who was always the faithful handmaid of the Lord.

So now Lord Jesus, I give you my hands to do your work.

I give you my feet to go your way. I give you my eyes to see as you do. I give you my tongue to speak your words.

I give you my mind that you may think in me. I give you my spirit that you may pray in me.

Above all, I give you my heart that you may love in me, your Father, and all mankind.

I give you my whole self that you may grow in me, so that it is you, Lord Jesus, who live and work and pray in me.

And Lord, please help me to remember that nothing is going to happen to me today that You and I together can't handle.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. Amen.
